It’s better to suffer for not doing wrong
Guilt, remorse these two things are like ghosts that haunt us when we have done something wrong especially to someone.
The apostle Paul said that it is better to suffer for not doing wrong because then the suffering doesn’t seem to last. If we are suffering because we did something wrong the guilt adds up to the weight of our suffering.
Sufferings are never fun at all. We suffer as a consequence of our wrong actions like unhealthy lifestyle, wrong choice and priorities, misguided decisions and many more. And many times the result or the consequence leaves a perpetual scar.
But if we suffer as a result of someone else’s false action oftentimes the consequence does not last long and sometimes the result is reversed and we find ourselves in a better position.
